Attire

Hello Lovelies!

Fauna here to remind you that we want you to be comfortable at our handfasting. Please, do not rent a tux or go out and buy a gown. It won't be that kind of fancy (but, of course you all already knew to expect that from us). If you need some idea of what to wear, you can come in casual attire (think khakis, skirts, cottons and wool).

If you are feeling adventurous and want to create an outfit that will fit our theme, please do so! Chloe will be in the style of Germanic meets steampunk. I will be in the style of baroque and gothic. Our colors are deep red, forest green, and dark chocolate brown.
[Flora: I would very much like if you to come dressed in appropriately woo attire. Ritual or sassy queer wear encouraged, or just think Queer Pagan Renaissance Faire (sort of). But at the end of day, we want you comfortable.]

Regardless of your attire, please dress for the weather. We will be under cover but its still Portland spring: mist, rain, wind, sun, flowers and mud.

P.S. If you have been asked to take part in the ceremony or are being recognized as one of our parents, we'll be sending you a matching swatch of cloth to be incorporated into your attire for the day. Let us know if you would like creative help!
